How to be happy?

It’s so easy to get stressed out these days. A long hectic day at work, a silly quarrel, those 5 last pounds that just won’t go away can bring anyone down. I just read few tips on how to be happy, so just wanna share :)

1. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile. True enough, but my tips jangan gelak sorang2 ye, or else people might think you ni tak centre ;)

2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. I usually did it after Subuh prayer, my silent moment. And sometimes after parked my car at parking lot at work if nothing to rush, i will wait in car for a while, thinking :)

3. Sleep for 8 hours a day. 8? Sometimes i sleep more than 10 hours ;)

4. Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy. Always! Name also start with E, husband name also start with E hahaha

5. Play more games. Too general, What games? sport games or computer games. Owh  Angry bird? How to be happy if you play with birds that have anger issue? ;p

6. Read more books than you did last month. I did it before sleep. Lately I always read e-book like novels in pdf. juz to cut down cost on buying books,  but keep getting distracted by addictive sites like Facebook heheheh

7. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer. I'm not  yoga person, to be specific, my body contour doesnt allow me to practise yoga hahahaha

8. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6. ha??? where got?

9. Dream more while you are awake. Erks! Always! ha ha ha ha!

10. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants. All I'm concern is my foods are all from Tesco! Save cost!

11. Drink plenty of water. What I keep saying to myself for every single day, but then I forgot end up I only drinks 3 cups of coffee... bad habit uolss!

12. Try to make at least three people smile each day. ok let me count, Boss, 2 staffs, 1 engineer, 1 site supervisor, mom, sister, borthers, and 510 facebook friends.... how many? lost count already!

13. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip. Dont like to gossip, but love to read and hear hahaha

14. Forget issues of the past. Don’t remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. Forgive but never forget hehehe

15. Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment. Always think positive and negative but more on negative side hehehe

Thats all peeps, but even if things aren't perfect in your life now, there are lots of reasons to feel happy. Just enjoy and be happy! Cheers!

  1. All ok except I don't get enough sleep & can't let go of past issues, heheh. & no yoga for me too, muahahah!
